This is a cell phone that will be carried by a Joshua Tree Council staff manager at all times, so you can reach a person directly in case of an emergency.
Please call this number if you have an emergency situation at any Girl Scout event or activity.
ZOOMSCI Online Training For Leaders
The PBS kids’ show, ZOOM, has created an online training for troop leaders who are interested in leading science activities with kids.
During this easy-to-use 40-minute online tutorial, you can try an activity, watch videos that model how to lead activities, learn which ZOOM activities support badge requirements, and print helpful handouts and lesson plans.
The training (which has been field-tested by fellow Girl Scout leaders) even includes access to a resource section rich with activities and materials to help kids explore science (including the popular ClubZOOM programs used by many Girls Scout troops/groups across the country).

Juliette Product Sales Guidelines and Funds Application Form
If you have a Juliette (individually registered) Girl Scout and would like to participate in Girl Scout product sales and use product sales funds, these forms are for you! Juliette Girl Scouts and their parents should fill out the form and submit it to the nearest Joshua Tree Council Service Center for approval. The form will then be forwarded to the Council Product Sales manager, who will sign it and submit a check request for funds.

The Department of Defense has requested we not send cookies or other bulk gifts, but has suggested MANY other ways to support our military troops. For helpful info and some great links, please read the DoD Guidelines passed on from GSUSA.
Safety Reminder
Please remember to monitor the pickup of girls after troop meetings and events. Do not release any girl to an adult not authorized to pick them up. Thanks for being Safety-Wise!
