Support us at no cost to you

Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place and research has shown that girls who were Girl Scouts are more successful adults. You can help change a girl’s life for the better by making a contribution today.

It costs $221 per Girl Scout, per year to recruit and train qualified volunteer leaders, plan exciting trips and programs and keep our four service centers open to serve the girls and adults in our council. The $10 registration fee each girl pays to Girl Scouts of the USA goes directly to the national organization and does not help pay for the operation of Joshua Tree Council.

Whether you want to donate as an individual, a business or a corporation, we can make it easy for you to help. Here are just a few ways you can contribute:

In-Kind Donations

Sometimes it is easier to give supplies rather than cash and we need items that you may already have. See our wish list.

Friends and Relatives of Girl Scouts (FROGS)

FROGS is a special giving program for the families of Girl Scouts. Parents and relatives are often the first people to notice how Girl Scouting changes a girl and often they want to make sure the Girl Scouts continue to exist as a healthy organization that is ready and willing to serve all girls. For every family who contributes at least $30 in one year; each Girl Scout in the family will get a special FROGS patch to wear on her uniform.
